Block Friday is back, which means it’s time to enjoy Minecraft in new, odd, scary, cute, challenging, dramatic, calm, and fast ways!

Block Friday isn’t Block Friday without daily Doorbusters.

Just a small recap: doorbusters are convenient explosive devices that you can use to blow up doors items that come with an even bigger discount – 75% off! And every day, three new doorbusters are on sale, so don’t wait too long if you find something that tickles your fancy (such an odd expression – have I used it already?)

As some of you hopefully know, I always pick three doorbusters that particularly tickle my fancy, and this year’s Block Friday is NO exception.

If you are like me (the good bits, not the rest), you might sometimes feel that some food items and dishes can feel rather basic. BUT NO MORE! Because it’s time for advanced food from here on out (at least in Minecraft). If you crave your own fruit tree garden – go ahead and create one! Do you yearn for some new crops and seeds to experiment with – start planting! Once done, and you sit on a mountain of cherries, chilis, onions, lemons, meats, and whatnot, why not cook up some surstrumming, borsch, or tacos? And if you really want to go advanced, then whip up some Nether Stew, a Supreme Dragon Egg or any of the other over 130 recipes to choose from. But remember that certain dishes might come with some added buffs and effects, so eat with caution!

MUTANTS! Add-On 2.0 by Tsunami Studios

Yeah, no, Minecraft is not scary enough; that’s the latest chatter around the watercooler, at least. Thankfully, this pack will ensure that I you won’t be able to sleep for the foreseeable future. Because what happens if you take good ol’ cuddly mobs that we’ve learned to love and treasure and then craft mutate them a bit, WARPING THEIR WHOLE BEINGS, ALTERING THEM, REMOVING THE CUDDLYNESS, AND ENDING UP WITH A POLLUTED NIGHTMARE WHERE HORROR IS THE NEW NORMAL?! Well, you’ll get tons of mutants like ferocious chicken monsters, TNT-tossing creepers, two-headed iron golems, and even a sea beast of terror (just to mention a few). So come on everybody – let’s enter a place full of scary, hair-raising, spectacular, and challenging mutants! (PS, bring a blanky)

Oh, look! Small, cute animals, that you can just hug and snuggle wi– whoa, oh, they bite and scratch and fight! So, they’re not just cute; they’re also lethal! And if you pit them against each other, they’ll breathe fire, launch massive attacks, and more or less just unleash proper chaos? Weird, but okay! With over 200 craftable CraftyMons, you can duel other trainers, and win whole tournamen– wow, check this out! There's a fire one and even look, the water one is evolving?!... Okay, sorry, I’m getting a wee bit too excited, but you simply have to start collecting all of these endearing, yet deadly monsters.

Freebie: Hermitcraft Season 10

If you know about Hermitcraft, you know all about their quirky builds, sprawling dream-bases, inventive minigame, secrets, silly structures, heaps of easter eggs, and much, much more. If you’ve never heard of Hermitcraft, this map will provide some... gasping and eyebrow raising moments.
