Community Crafting Bench: Spooky Results

Published: October 31, 2022 - View official source

Nothing beats sitting outside with a mug of your warm drink of choice, watching leaves fall and waving at the neighbors… why are they staring? Oh! I’m already in my costume. Can you blame me, though? It really helps celebrate the season!

For our first installation of Community Crafting Bench, we asked you, the members of our community, to share what you’ve crafted in real life to celebrate during the spooky season. Which frighteningly amazing submissions did we see this time?

First up, SpyingPear carved an eerily accurate Jack-o’-lantern. It’s like we’re in-game right now!

Can a cake be as delicious as it is cute? Nesam proves that the intersection of spooky and sweet is a great one.

BugNPop went all out with their Trunk and Treat this year. What better place to keep all your candy than a chest with Willow the Warden?

Look out behind you! Coacopuffed managed to catch a baby creeper practicing in their ghostly costume.

GROOTT234 has crafted an old foe… or friend? It’s Archie! You should hide your Orb of Dominance, just in case.

The pink glow behind this enderman pumpkin, masterfully crafted by Enderboss25, gives it an ominous air. We love it!

Jasmine A. put together an absolutely amazing wither costume. Look at that glow, it’s so creepy!

Get your candy out! Patricio made an adorable allay, all ready for trick-or-treating with its little pumpkin bucket.

Heatplant outdid themselves, with both an adorable creeper Jack-o’-lantern and some deliciously spooky-looking cupcakes.

Last but certainly not least, akiracotc shared an awesome Steve costume that their son wore. Careful with that diamond sword!

These were all delightfully spooky and fun creations, and we want to thank everyone who participated in our first Community Crafting Bench!
