The most recent (Snapshot,) Beta and Preview update contains huge changes to the villager trading system. Mojang has unrandomized librarian villager book trades - to quote the feedback page, "librarians from different biomes sell different enchantments, and each village biome has one enchantment that is only sold by master librarians". For example, the Mending enchantment is now only available with swamp villagers - which do not generate naturally. They also strengthened wandering traders, with lower prices, more trades (like invisibility potions and wood), even enabling them to buy cheap items from the player. Though it was meant to "rebalance the villager trade system", the librarian change was met with much community dissent and opposition - notably from less-dedicated players (people like content creators approve of it). Critics say it'll make already-gruesome villager trading halls even harder to make, and unbalance the system. This change and the response to it is slightly similar to current internal politics in a certain Middle-Eastern country - that's all we'll say. The judi- er, trading overhaul may still be revoked. Cosmos v3 is now fully out after a three-day open beta period. UniqueShield has begun a new beta testing bot by the name of UniqueShield Beta, which includes a Discord-to-Realm chat relay feature. Brylan's account has been terminated, but he has regained control of the FairPlay Anticheat Server. We have received word that a new chat relay bot will be made some time this week. It will allegedly work for Realms and Servers for both Bedrock and Java, something that is quite uncommon.
