FairPlay launched a new outlet called “FP News,” which the article described as a copycat of MCBE News and accused of mainly targeting Cosmos with defamatory coverage rather than building a credible news platform. It also briefly noted that Rebirth Network, formerly Point Network, was expected to move from a Realm to a dedicated server.
Brylan, the owner of the controversial anticheat FairPlay, has made a ripoff version of MCBE News. This new ripoff, "FP News," has its own Discord server owned by some FairPlay admins. So far, their only two articles are attempts to defame Cosmos, a Realm bot and anticheat that FairPlay seems to view as a threat.
We are currently not worried about any competition this mockery of a network may pose. It's not going to go anywhere, and Brylan doesn't expect it to go anywhere. If it somehow does, of course, we will cover it. Stay tuned!
