Disco and Minecraft – mortal enemies or a match made in heaven? Well, we have eight maps mixing both, so put on the fish tank platforms, brace yourself for the strobe light, and let's take them for a spin!
ROTATED CHAOS

1980, Diana Ross topped the American music billboard with her smash hit “Upside Down”. A beat impossible to stand still to, and lyrics matching the vertical displacement. Experience this for yourself in Rotated Chaos where you view the world through Diana’s eyes. Sure, you will use a power-up to turn upside down, and the other players running on the ceiling are ready to zap you with a laser gun at a moment’s notice. But otherwise, it’s pretty identical. Obviously, the time for a sequel to the song is right now, and I can volunteer this map entry’s description as potential lyrics if needed.
DOMINOES GAME

For something on the funkier and jazzier side, trumpeter Donald Byrd released a very danceable little number called “(Falling Like) Dominoes” in 1975. Not a mega-hit, which is probably because of the complete lack of explanation of the titular game’s rules in the lyrics. Thankfully, Dominoes Game aims to right the wrongs of the song. I lost 5 games straight in a row against the shrewd bots before I decided to read the instructional note in the lobby; my results didn’t change, but there was a gramophone right across the room playing you some groovy beats that you could dance to at least!
PARKOUR DUEL

“Let’s Get Physical” by Olivia Newton-John, a commanding call for exercise in song form, had everybody dressed in unitards, headbands, and leg warmers at the time. Was this what caused the parkour craze of 1981? A movement I might have just made up, but very much swept the blocky world off its feet. Parkour Duel is not only a custom parkour editor where you can create challenges for your nimble friends, but you can also aim to recreate these glory days with a parkour course ON-J would be proud of!
