As stated in the EULA, you cannot:
sell, lease, rent, transfer, give away, or otherwise deal in access to your Realm or receive financial, commercial or other benefits for letting other people play on your Realm.

- Any monetization of a Realm, including selling ownership, access to play, or anything on the Realm, such as items, abilities or in-game currency is prohibited, and can subject to enforcement.
- Intellectual Property:
- You cannot claim ownership of the Minecraft game, its content, or the physical server hardware supporting your Realm.
- User Conduct:
- You must not ask people you haven't met in real life to meet up in person.
- You must act appropriately when interacting with other people on your realm.
