I’m ready, I’m ready, I’m ready!

Why, you ask? Because SpongeBob SquarePants is returning to Minecraft! Meaning, I’m beyond ready! I have my Krabby Patty AND my spatula! If that doesn’t tell you I’m ready for SpongeBob SquarePants Biomes by Paramount and Starfish Studios, then I don’t know what will?

Do I have to steal Squidward’s clarinet? Must I sneak into King Neptune’s castle and polish his barren scalp, so it shines even more? Or should I custom order my very own squarepants?

In this randomly generated world, you’ll be able to fight the Flying Dutchman, catch jellyfish, explore unique structures, gaze upon snails as they slide by, all this and more – so feel free, and gasp a classic Patrick-gasp.

Fight the Dutchman

“Who be disturbing the Flying Dutchman in his own lair?”

If you feel chills, that’s not because Plankton is up to no good again, or that Mr. Krabs has gone even more stingy. It’s because the Flying Dutchman is lurking about, causing trouble and that a certain someone hopes to prove their bravery (read: SpongeBob). But with relentless positivity, and naive bravery, SpongeBob you are sure to save the day! However, just like Bubble Bass or Kevin the Sea Cucumber, it’s not going to be a cakewalk. First, you must explore the world, find some kelp, and craft some tools (or a Krabby Patty), begin mining... ONE HOUR LATER... and then defeat the Flying Dutchman! See, easy-peasy, and if you just believe in yourself and with a tiny pinch of magic, all your dreams can come true!

Meet SpongeBob and his friends

If you’re a obsessed dedicated fan, like me, you know that SpongeBob is nothing without his friends, like Patrick and Squidward plus many more fantastic, scary, funny, and weird creatures such as clams, snails, Bubble Creepers, anchovies, and jellyfish who all make sure that SpongeBob is never alone.

A world with pineapple houses

Just like Sandy says: “Home is where you’re surrounded by other critters that care about you”, and I simply couldn’t agree more. In this wondrous, infinite world, you’ll be able to explore anything from the impressive Red Kelp Forest and scary Bikini Badlands to the cool Snowy Kelp Taiga and the sunny Brine Beach – and that’s not all! However, once you’re back from your adventures, you can always relax in your safe, orange pineapple!

Things to do for fun

I’m not fully sure where to go from that unbeatable quote, but there are loads of moments to experience in this world! Whether you pursue the Flying Dutchman, spend all day catching jellyfish, master the Goofy Goober Guitar, or ride the Giant Isopod, there's enough fun to go around for everyone! Even Squidward.

Go all spongy!

To go “all spongy” means that you devote yourself to the world of SpongeBob, wearing these CC items in every single world you’ll ever create! That’s what I’ve done, and I’ve never looked back. And look at me now (well, you can’t, but, yeah, you get the idea)! Perhaps you want to go spooky like the Flying Dutchman, or dress up as a living pirate with the Royal Pirate Attire? There’s also the Skeleton Fish Head, Mr. Krab’s suit, or Pirate SquarePants!

Freebie – Fishhook Hat

Here’s an in-game CC item freebie that’ll make all of you scream “Barnacles!”. It’s the Fishhook Hat! Yes, fishhooks are great, and hats are superb. Why not fuse them into a magical piece of clothing that will make you ready for another tangle with Dennis the biker, or perhaps a dance with him? Who knows? Grab it from the Dressing room and see what happens!
