Create a world where each player spawns with a custom number of lives that you select. Watch the lives drain from each player, as each and every death becomes more impactful. Or alleviate some of that stress by making boss mobs drop hearts, that can be used to gain back a life. Just make sure not to run out or else there will be no coming back. - By Dig Down Studios
